Why is the advisory visit a paid service?

This advice and diagnosis service is a service in its own right, and it is paid for one very simple reason: it guarantees us complete objectivity. My opinion is not influenced by a quote I might give you afterwards. My only goal is to give you a clear view of what is at stake and to recommend the solutions best suited to your needs. Who are the tradespeople you work with?

A trusted network of local tradespeople who share my standards of quality: mason, electrician, plumber, plasterer, and others depending on the job. I can also work with your architect or your interior designer. I coordinate them, and I am the one who answers you.

Do you really take care of the whole project?

Yes. I schedule the work, manage the trades, track progress and check the quality. You only have one number to call: mine. And at the end, we walk round the site together before I hand back the keys.

What kinds of projects should you call me for?

A room to rethink completely, an upstairs to renovate, an old house to bring back into shape, a tired floor to rebuild. If the project involves several trades and you do not know where to start, that is exactly the right time to call me.
