Privacy policy

This policy describes how Agencement Klein collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to agencementklein.fr. In short: no advertising cookies, no selling of data, and the information from the contact form is used only to reply to you.

Via the contact form and the call-back form:

• Surname and/or first name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Content of the message

Browsing data (collected automatically): the host's technical logs (IP address, browser type) and anonymous, aggregated visit statistics via Umami (pages viewed, visit duration), with no personal identifier.

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Reply to contact, call-back and quote requests, nothing else
• Keep the site working properly and measure its audience anonymously

The data is not used for any commercial, advertising or profiling purpose. No unsolicited newsletter, no canvassing.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the user's consent for the data sent via the forms (sending the form constitutes consent), and on Agencement Klein's legitimate interest for the technical data needed to run the site.

5. Recipients of the data

The data collected is intended solely for Tom Klein, head of Agencement Klein. It is passed on to no third party, except where legally required.

The following technical providers are involved in running the site:

• OVH SAS (site hosting and delivery of form emails), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Data hosted in France.
• Umami (audience measurement), a cookie-free solution that neither collects nor stores any identifiable personal data.

6. Retention period

• Form data: kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted within 12 months at most. Exchanges linked to a project are kept for the applicable legal periods (warranties, accounting).
• Technical logs: kept in line with legal obligations (1 year at most).

7. Cookies: there are none

This site uses no advertising, tracking or behavioural analysis cookie. Audience measurement is carried out with Umami, a cookie-free solution that produces anonymous, aggregated statistics, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) and exempt from consent.

That is why no cookie consent banner is displayed on this site: there is quite simply nothing to accept or refuse.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy
• Right to rectification: ask for inaccurate data to be corrected
• Right to erasure: ask for your data to be deleted
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data
• Right to restriction: ask for processing to be restricted
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
